Fall '25 Textbook Information
THE LAST DAY FOR FULL TEXTBOOK REFUNDS IS 8/28/25.
Online orders will be fulfilled in the order that we receive them. If you show up before your order is ready, we will ask that you please come back later.
Online Order Pickup
Have your order # and a photo ID ready when you are picking up your order.
Please do not show up to pick your order up until you have received an email confirmation (2nd email) that it has been packed and is ready for pick-up.

FALL 2025 STUDENT FINANCIAL AID BOOKWAIVERS:
The dates below are the only times that SFA can be used for textbooks.
Main Term/FA1: 8/4/25 - 8/28/25
Delayed Start/FA3: 9/05/25 - 9/18/25
Late Start/FA2: 10/06/25 - 10/20/25
(This includes Pell, Loans, Scholarships, Grants, etc.)

STUDENTS WITH FINANCIAL AID:
If you have financial aid funds and would like to use them to purchase your textbooks please choose the "Student Financial Aid" option at checkout. If your account balance is showing no funds available and you believe this to be a mistake, you must contact financial services as there maybe an issue with your aid.
If you try to use financial aid and your account is still showing no funds, it is likely that your funds have not been submitted to us for you to use.

Guest accounts cannot be use Financial Aid as a payment options.
TEXTBOOK ONLINE
ORDER INFORMATION
Textbooks can be ordered online and be delivered to your home or picked up in the Campus Store.
Any orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will not be available until the following business day.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.
THREE WAYS TO PROCESS YOUR TEXTBOOK ORDER
Pick up and pay at the Campus Store.
- Pay by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, SCC Gift Cards, or financial aid if available.
- May need to wait up to 45 minutes in line during first week of class. Peak time is 10AM-2PM.
- Bring your schedule or print out of the books with ISBN(s) that you need.
- Pay by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or financial aid if available.
Prepay online and pick up in store later.
- Pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, SCC Gift Cards, or financial aid if available.
- Your books will be reserved for you until you pick them up.
- Books will be held for up to 14 days once semester starts.
Have books shipped directly to your home.
- Pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, SCC Gift Cards, or financial aid if available.
- We charge a flat $14.95 shipping fee on all domestic ground UPS shipments.
- If local, most shipments will arrive within 2-3 days.
